Please bring your order confirmation or proof of purchase when picking up your order.

Delivery Request Policy

  • Delivery is not automatic. You must request delivery during checkout.
  • A Surface Depot team member will contact you within 1-3 business days with a delivery quote based on your location.
  • Delivery is not guaranteed. We evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis depending on your location.
  • Until a delivery plan is confirmed by our team, please plan to pick up your order at our warehouse.
  • We do not ship internationally. All sales are for local pickup or local delivery only.

Panel-by-Panel Replacement

Only damaged panels are replaced - no need to return your entire order

Damage Reporting Requirements

  • You must report any damage within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  • Take clear photos of all damaged panels and email them to orders@surface-depot.com.
  • Include your order number and a description of the damage.
  • We offer panel-by-panel replacement for damaged products reported within the 7-day window.
  • Damage not reported within 7 business days is not covered under our replacement policy.

How to File a Damage Report

  1. Inspect your order upon pickup or delivery. Check all panels for visible damage.
  2. Document the damage by taking clear, well-lit photos of all damaged panels from multiple angles.
  3. Email us within 7 business days at orders@surface-depot.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of all damaged panels
    • Description of the damage
    • Number of panels affected
  4. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
  5. Replacement panels will be made available for pickup at our warehouse or delivered if delivery was part of your original order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer's remorse. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We recommend ordering samples before making large purchases. Contact us to request material samples.

What Is NOT Covered

  • Damage reported after the 7 business day window
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or storage
  • Normal wear and tear after installation
  • Color variations due to natural material differences
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Products sold as "seconds," "clearance," or "as-is"
